This pool of professionals can provide organizations with direction, hand-holding as well as mentoring required to conceive, incubate, launch new businesses/initiatives or course-correct current systems/practices, especially when the organization lacks the senior leadership to enforce/execute the same. What’s unique about this intervention is that Aidias actually lets an organization ‘hire’ the dedicated service of an Aidias consultant who functions like its CXO during the term of engagement. The model adhered to for this engagement is (BOT) BUILD – OPERATE – TRANSFER. A new division/initiative thus comes to fruition and is operational under the stewardship of an expert, whose service can be hired for a mutually agreeable/assignment-appropriate term at a fraction of the cost it would take to recruit a professional of comparable calibre and experience.
The affiliate plans, incubates and launches a business venture/division (BUILD), puts systems, practices and processes in place, recruits/hand-picks personnel from other departments of the organization (OPERATE) and grooms them to to take charge from him and run the business after the cessation of Aidias’ term of engagement (TRANSFER).
